Booking Methods Bookings with Bali Fortuna Tour can be made through instant booking or inquiry booking, depending on the specific service and availability. Confirmation of your booking is subject to the agreement and service availability of Bali Fortuna Tour.
Pricing and Currency All product prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and may also be displayed in other currencies for your convenience. However, the final payment settlement will be processed in IDR, using exchange rates provided by bloomberg.com or another reliable financial source at the time of transaction.
Voucher and Payment Confirmation Upon successful booking and payment, you will receive a voucher and a receipt via email. The voucher serves as proof of a valid transaction and must be presented to Bali Fortuna Tour staff upon service use. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you do not see the email in your inbox. If found in spam, kindly mark it as “Not Spam” to ensure future emails are delivered correctly. Should you not receive your voucher, please contact us immediately at madefortunadewi@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at 087865436687.
Voucher Usage Policy Vouchers must be used in accordance with Bali Fortuna Tour’s terms and conditions. They are non-transferable and valid only for the services booked. Any misuse or violation of terms may result in voucher cancellation without refund.
Payment Security All payments made via credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and debit cards are securely processed through a Payment Gateway that complies with international security standards. Transactions are encrypted with 128-bit SSL technology to protect your financial information.
Booking Confirmation Online bookings are confirmed once full or partial payment is received and processed by Bali Fortuna Tour. Upon confirmation, your booking space will be reserved accordingly.

Payment Security
At Bali Fortuna Tour, we accept payments via international bank transfers, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and PayPal to provide you with flexible and secure options. To ensure your booking is confirmed and to avoid disappointment due to limited availability, we recommend arranging your payment at least one week before your planned activity or service date.
Important notes regarding PayPal payments:
- PayPal payments can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity without restrictions.
- If a PayPal payment is made less than 24 hours before the activity, PayPal may conduct random payment reviews. These reviews can take up to 24 hours, during which the payment may be either approved or canceled by PayPal.
- Until the payment is fully cleared and received in our PayPal account, your booking is considered unpaid. Bali Fortuna Tour will reserve your requested space, but payment must be settled by other means at the time of service if PayPal payment is not confirmed.
- If the PayPal payment is approved shortly after the activity date, Bali Fortuna Tour will issue a full refund for the amount paid via PayPal.
- Please note that PayPal eChecks are not accepted as a valid payment method.

Bali Fortuna Tour shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under the booking agreement if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, commonly referred to as force majeure. These events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters (such as earthquakes, floods, volcanic eruptions), pandemics or epidemics, government actions or restrictions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, or any other unforeseeable circumstances that prevent the company from providing the agreed services.
In the event of a force majeure occurrence, Bali Fortuna Tour reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify bookings without liability. Customers will be notified as soon as possible and offered options such as rescheduling or refunds, depending on the situation and the nature of the service affected.

While Bali Fortuna Tour strives to minimize inconvenience, it cannot be held responsible for any losses, damages, or additional costs incurred due to force majeure events.
